The work before a P6 baseline often involves reading BOQs, structuring activities, checking quantities, building a WBS and preparing duration and resource assumptions. Nexora helps organise that preparation in an editable workspace.

A BOQ-to-P6 handoff
- Prepare activities from the BOQ. Review scope, quantities and mapping before accepting the activity structure.
- Build the programme. Check WBS, relationships, calendars, durations and resources inside the workspace.
- Export the XER. Keep a copy of the assumptions and the source programme with the export.
- Validate in P6. Import into a controlled project, schedule it with your project settings and compare the resulting dates and logic.

Save a review copy before adding the programme to a live reporting process. P6 scheduling settings can influence the dates produced from a network; check the actual result in your environment.
Keep control of the engineering decisions
AI should help you inspect work faster, while you remain responsible for the programme. Reject links that do not reflect site logic, check productivity against the project resources and document why you selected a calendar or constraint.
